Metrics
In the realm of observability, we have the flexibility to gather metrics through various open-source systems. At this juncture, our platform primarily centers around the Prometheus ecosystem, and our metrics platform is based on Mimir, developed by Grafana Labs.
We provide comprehensive documentation on how to collect metrics using either Prometheus or the Grafana agent. This dual approach ensures that you have the tools and information needed to efficiently monitor and analyze your systems.
Logs
We utilize Loki, developed by Grafana Labs, which possesses the ability to ingest logs via a simplified and cloud-native approach. Just like how we handle metrics, we offer detailed instructions on how to configure logging through Promtail and other methods.
Traces
Note
Tracing is currently not supported by the Observe by Cyso platform.
However, we understand the critical role that tracing plays in diagnosing existing problems and proactively preventing future ones. As such, we are excited to inform you that tracing is on our roadmap for future updates. We are dedicated to continually improving our platform and providing comprehensive, full-fledged observability solutions. Please stay tuned for future updates about this highly anticipated feature.
